The day finally arrived for the Hammond family. While most of us were sleeping, Erica & Aaron met their sweet "YouYou" for the first time.......going from a family of 4 to a family of 5!! My heart is full of emotion for them. Remember, feeling, reliving the emotion I felt when they placed Sydney in my arms for....FOREVER!! Ya'll, *THIS* is what it's all about.....
